It’s a collaborative consultation. We will discuss what brings you to counseling, review your background, and outline your goals. It’s also a chance to ensure you feel comfortable with your therapist improvements after just a few sessions, while others may require longer-term therapy.
Sessions are 50 minutes long. Most clients start with weekly meetings to build momentum, but frequency can be adjusted based on your needs and schedule.
Yes. We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), PEAK, UMR, and The Health Plan. If you are using a different provider, we can issue a detailed invoice (superbill) for you to submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Please verify your specific benefits with your provider before your first visit.
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Sessions missed or changed with less notice may incur a cancellation fee.
